ANA MARIA URIBE was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she lives. Since the late 1960s she has been working on visual poetry. Her first pieces were Typoems or typographic poetry--many years later, this work served as the basis for the series of witty and often entertaining Web animations featured here.
